Five LCP people named in
LGBT Great Top 100 Gamechangers list

Five LCP people named in LGBT Great Top 100 Gamechangers list LCP’s Zoë Burdo, Cat Drummond, Jess Horner, Daniel Jacobson, and Fern Lai have been all been named in the LGBT Great Top 100 Gamechangers 2022 list, which has been published today. This follows on from LCP achieving a prestigious Gold Standard for LGBT+ equality in financial services alongside Fidelity International, Legal and General Group, Blackrock, Janus Henderson Investors and M&G plc.

LGBT Great specialises in developing LGBT+ diversity, equity and inclusion within the investment and savings industry, and their 2022 Pride campaign shines a light on LGBT+ talent within the financial services space.

Zoë Burdo is a Senior Consultant and DEI Manager at LCP, supporting its internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and four employee led Networks, as well as developing the firm’s relationships with industry and external groups. Zoë is co-founder of O:Pen, the LGBT+ Network for the wider pensions industry.

Cat Drummond is a Partner and a founding member and past co-chair of LCP’s LGBT+ network, which leads initiatives and provides support to ensure that the firm provides an accepting environment for LGBT+ individuals to thrive and prosper. She is also on the Senior Advisory Board to LINK – the LGBTQ+ insurance network.

Jess Horner is a Consultant and co-chair of the LCP LGBT+ Network, also sitting on the organising committee of O:Pen.

Daniel Jacobson is a Senior Consultant and founder and co-chair of LCP’s LGBT+ Network. Alongside Jess, he also sits on the organising committee of O:Pen.

Fern Lai is a Consultant and member of LCP’s LGBT+ Network Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team.
