Hi - I’m Emma. I have worked with pension fund trustees for almost 20 years, advising schemes on all aspects of their investment strategies.

I believe in clear directive advice, that helps trustees make decisions. I love nothing more than unpicking a problem, coming up with a practical solution – and then making it happen. I get huge satisfaction from partnering with my clients and getting to walk through their investment journey with them.

I’m a qualified actuary and am a member of LCP’s fiduciary management evaluation and oversight research team. Having worked for various fiduciary management firms before joining LCP, I bring front-line knowledge of the pros and cons of this approach to managing investment decisions.

I have also taken on a number of internal business management roles, so speak to me if you want to hear more about LCP’s business strategy or our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Outside of LCP I’m kept busy managing the lives of my three small children. I am also a Governor at a local school.
