I am a partner in our energy team, LCP Delta, having previously founded and led Delta-EE which became part of LCP in April 2022. I have 23 years’ of experience in the energy sector – working with the industry, governments and investors.

The energy transition has gathered considerable momentum in recent years. The old centralised system of small numbers of thermally driven power plants is being transformed to a more decentralised system in which customers are a more integral part. I am passionate about the role our research and analysis plays in this. Enabling companies across Europe, Japan and beyond to make the best decisions in a fast-moving, uncertain and increasingly complex environment is very rewarding.

My work has focussed mostly on the ‘downstream’ and energy networks parts of the value chain – although segmenting the value chain in this way is becoming outdated as a whole-system approach becomes increasingly important, which is more and more my focus.

As well as leading our team and working with clients, I enjoy hosting our Talking New Energy podcast where I speak weekly with guests working at the leading edge of the transition.
