I joined LCP’s specialist trustee secretarial and governance consulting team in 2021. I began my career as an actuarial graduate in 2017 where I first gained scheme secretarial experience. Prior to joining LCP, I was a member of an in-house team supporting a large pension scheme.  

My role involves helping trustee boards to run their pension schemes efficiently and ensure that they have the information they need to make effective decisions. I work with schemes in a wide range of industries from finance, to retail, to charity, and tailor my approach to each accordingly. I pride myself on my attention to detail and really enjoy getting stuck in to complex subjects, such as a recent industry-leading GMP equalisation project. I also provide governance consulting support in areas such as board effectiveness.

I’m currently studying towards completing the APMI exams.

I am a firm believer that governance doesn’t need to be onerous or boring, and aim to share this message with the Trustee boards I work with to ensure the success of their schemes.
