I am a Partner with more than 15 years of experience in advising a wide range of clients, including those with complex multi-employer arrangements.
I specialise in advising not-for-profit pension scheme trustees and employers in relation to their pension arrangements for current and former staff. My recent projects include three employee communication exercises, assisting with communication materials and providing face-to-face meetings explaining proposed changes to pension benefits.
I enjoy a good relationship with my clients, acting as a day-to-day contact and working directly with the Scheme Actuary as lead on the calculation team.
