I have been an LCP partner for over 25 years, and I have 30 years of practical experience of working with both Trustee and corporate clients. 

I have a vast range of pensions experience including advising on scheme funding, GMP equalisation, Section 75, and pensions accounting as well as scheme closure and winding up.  The last few years have been particularly interesting where I have been a leading member of team developing GMP equalisation solutions for our clients

As well as strong technical skills, I firmly believe that a good consultant should be accessible, regularly communicate with clients and deliver ahead of schedule.  I believe these traits are the reason my clients – including some I started working with when I joined LCP over 30 years ago – continue working with me.  My clients tell me that they appreciate my pragmatic hands-on and can deliver attitude.

Outside of the office I still actively participate in sports, including running and golf.  As a spectator, I also follow (any) other sports, but due to the ageing process I gave up my greatest passion of playing football more than a “few” years back, but still get my working in a team environment “fix” from within LCP.

In these challenging times one has to think outside of the box. LCP do this.
