I help Trustees maximise the security of members' benefits, through a combination of funding, investment and agreeing arrangements with sponsors.
I also act as Scheme Actuary to a number of UK pension schemes and have particular experience with scheme mergers and helping schemes to de-risk. This includes buy-ins and buy-outs and agreeing a range of contingent assets with the employer.
