Laura Myers, conference chair, will be joined by guest speakers and experts from across LCP. The conference opens with a Q&A with Amy de Baat FIA, Head of Group Pensions, Tesco and LCP’s Stephen Budge. They will explain how and why Tesco sought to understand the priorities of their colleagues in order to integrate them into their investment strategies and will explain the journey they went on.

Next, sessions from LCP experts highlight some of the key concerns and questions employees and DC scheme members are asking, including: "Will inflation impact my pension savings?"; "How can I think about tomorrow when I'm struggling now?"; Will my pension savings impact the planet?" and Sir Steve Webb explores the answer to a popular question - "What happens when I retire?"

Nina Schick, our keynote speaker will close the conference. Expert in synthetic media, deepfakes, disinformation and cybersecurity, Nina will share insights on the many influences affecting decision making.
