I’m a senior consultant at LCP specialising in scheme executive and governance services. My key roles include acting as trustee secretary and supporting trustee boards with meeting the requirements of the General Code of Practice. I consult on issues such as board effectiveness, risk management and trustee training. I also regularly present trustee training and provide support to new and experienced trustees on all aspects of knowledge and understanding.

I am a qualified lawyer and a Member by Experience of the PMI. Before joining LCP, I was a pensions lawyer at Allen & Overy where I advised trustees and employers on a wide range of pensions issues. This included advising on risk, governance and compliance, contentious matters (such as disputes and breaches) and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions. 

My legal background gives me a unique view as a trustee secretary and governance consultant. I enjoy working collaboratively with trustees and companies to help them reach their goals and achieve good outcomes for members.
