Having worked for LCP for nearly 15 years, I have a good understanding of how pension schemes are run, and how addictive the industry can be!
With a keen interest in communications, I enjoy the challenge of designing materials that are both technically compliant and engaging for members, enabling them to make decisions confidently. I also work on several initiatives to help improve member experience – including our vulnerable members group.
I am an Associate of the PMI and helped lead the department’s successful submission for PASA Accreditation. I was also awarded ‘Administrator of the Year’ at the Professional Pensions Women in Pensions Awards in 2021.
