I have had the pleasure of working in the pension and employee benefits industry since the early 1990’s and have worked for organisations from both a consultancy and provider perspective. I’ve undertaken many research projects resulting in the production and authoring of a number of thought leadership papers over the last decade.
I’m hugely passionate about how behavioural biases and financial concerns can affect every one of us at some point in our lives and there’s no shame in that – we need to recognise those behaviours, embrace and talk about the challenges, and face them head on. Sharing experiences really can help others who may need support.
I help clients to understand their workforce and the challenges they may be facing, and support them in providing a valued, engaging, and well-communicated benefits package. Employee benefits provide a fantastic way for employees to access products and services that support a financially healthy employee that they otherwise may not be able to. Cutting out the jargon and building knowledge will help employees to make smart, well-informed decisions about their money.
