Training needs analysis
We know your time is precious so LCP has developed a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to help you establish what you already know, avoiding wasting those important minutes covering things you are already familiar with.
The TNA is conducted completely online so it can be done at your own pace and whenever is convenient for you. There is no time limit, but we would expect most trustees to be able to complete it within 30 to 40 minutes. We provide tailored written feedback on any learning gaps identified.
